I am currently working to move the mailing list archive
to Nabble -- it should be available at the following
link in a couple of days:
http://www.nabble.com/CEE-Discussion-List-f29471.html

I will be sending an e-mail to the list when the
archive is available.

All of the messages have been being archived, but are
unfortunately only accessible to MITRE employees.
