Lightweight Backpacking in the Israel Trail

Does somebody in our group have guidelines for a lightweight
backpacking for the Israel Trail?

Called also INT, "Israel National Trail".

Have you hiked this trek or are you planning to hike it?

I know it requires 1.5 to 2 monthes to hike the whole trail and your
backpack's content may change according to the land conditions.
