License for servlet and jsp jars in groovy

In groovy 1.5.2, I see the servlet-api-2.4.jar and the jsp-api-2.0.jar.  Are these under the Apache 2.0 license?  I need to know as part of our open-source audit here at my company.

Both are licensed under Sun's binary code license I believe:
http://java.sun.com/products/servlet/LICENSE
