<br>that we need to keep in place. Basically, its a FileMaker client
<br>merging lists onto a document sending it to a 4-Sight Fax server for
<br>faxing. Only FM 6 with network sharing turned on (running on OS X)
<br>will interact with Lasso and allow a client to open the hosted
<br>database on a OS 9 machine.

<br>6. This was a capability that was added by FileMaker in a later version.

</div><br>Most of the scripts of that nature indeed do require an X server. It
<br>would probably fail on a Linux box without an X server too, which is how
<br>most servers are set up.
<br><br>Maybe Neooffice can do it? IIRC it doesn't need X11, but uses OS X's

</div><br>Within Lasso? Sure, so long as Lasso actually gets the request. And note that you'll have to 404 anything you don't want to handle, such as requests for foo.gif that really don't exist.
<br><br>If you still can't get it working, another option is to run Apache as a reverse proxy that performs the mod_rewrite before passing all requests off to the appropriate IIS instance, and your client can rest easy knowing that IIS is still being used as the webserver.
