It is indeed a bit quiet at the K-front. Is that good news or bad news? For want of other Kodachrome messages: these weeks I am putting together a photobook about the Kurds of Iraq: 192 pages 22x24,5 cm and all pictures are Kodachromes, shot  during ten trips from 1973-2007. It will appear in separate English and Dutch editions in September  at www.metsenschilt.com
Some material can be seen at a site about an exhibition I did in 2006, "The Kurds of Iraq in Kodochrome" (www.grid06-kurdsofiraq.nl). I consider dedicating the book to all who help keeping Kodachrome alive.

Michiel,

May I suggest that you dedicate the book to the Kurds.  They have suffered greatly in Iraq and are still suffering, both in Iraq and Turkey.  (not wanting to get into a discussion here about the PKK, of course.)
