KsCD Handbook update

Hi,

in the kscd handbook there is a long and detailed chapter about
troubleshooting.

Is this chapter still really usefull for Joe User nowadays?

I have started to update the docs and would like to remove the chapter
troubleshooting.
What do you think?

most of that chapter is now really irrelevant to the current kscd. if it is
kept, it would need a massive rewrite.

Sorry, but I can not do that, that is far beyond my knowledge :-(

I have commited my updates and and commented out the troubleshooting section.

Could someone please rewrite this section?
