KomHttpServer 7.0.5

Hello,

The new 7.0.5 version of KomHttpServer is now available on the Squeak
Map. Highlights of this new version include:

- HTTP 1.1 compliant status codes (Giovanni Corriga)
- Cookie parsing bug fix (Philippe Marschall)
- Encoding handling bug fix (Philippe Marschall)
- keepAlive now off by default
- No need for using WAKomEncoded39 when running Seaside on a 3.9 image

plus other contributions by Goran Krampe and Ron Teitelbaum.
