Keyword Substitution

Hi
I am using Keyword Substitution Feature. I have selected the keywords to be substituted from Project - >Settings and Project - >Default Settings. Specifically, I want the key words like URL, Author, Date and Revision in my text files be updated every time I commit to SVN. Due to some reasons, these keywords are not being substituted. I searched the Help and it says that I have to either set, reset these keywords individually for all the files. Is there are shorter way, like a default setting applied to all the files? Did you try to change Project|Settings, too?
