Keyboard modifier keys applet in KDE 4.1

KDE 4.0 lacked a keyboard modifier keys applet, and it was missing in
KDE 4.1 beta 2 as well. Will this applet be ported to KDE 4.1? I use
sticky keys and have a hard time making sure that I've pressed a
modifier key an odd number of times so I need this applet before I can
switch desktops. There is an open bug on the subject:
