Kettle crashes on suse 10.3 plattorm

Kettle, the ETL tool of opensource BI system Pentaho.

Everytime it starts, the starting image displayed, but crashes then. A bug reporting tool displayed by suse.

It's said a problem of swt, and the report content is collected in the attached txt file.
