Keep getting misfiring with wrong next firing time

I have a scheduler running on a cluster (2 servers) with job store in Oracle, total about 15 scheduled jobs with cron trigger, and mostly jobs firing every 5 minutes. it was working properly during the past several months.

then it starts to behave weird after redeploying the scheduler several days ago.  I keep getting misfired info in the log, and no job was executed. I checked the job store and found that the next firing time is set to either current time or one minute Before the current time, e.g., if the current time is 11:53pm, the next firing time is 11:52pm, so I keep getting misfired. The misfire instruction is set to default, so even it misfired once, it should fire again and move the firing time to next scheduled time (11:58pm). Anyone know what's wrong with the scheduler? or any configuration problem. TIA,

Song
