Joint RSS/MRC/NIHR HTA meeting on Futility Analysis in Clinical Trials
Meeting to discuss guidelines for futility analyses in both publicly funded
trials and industry funded trials. Futility analyses are widely undertaken
in early phase and industry sponsored trials, but is there a case for futility
analyses in publicly funded trials as well? If so, how and when should the
anlyses be done? What should be the stopping rules?
