I just downloaded the trial version and like what I see so far. Question though; I'm using the join-merge table function -- joining two tables together by a common column definition. I did this by having the two tables on separate worksheets within the same workbook (excel file). Can I join two tables together similarily -- where each table will be within different workbooks (files)? If yes, how? If no, that would be a suggestion to add that functionality into this tool. Thanks, Craig

You can try to have both files open in Excel, place two files side by side, then see if you can use the range selector in the wizard to select the range in a different file. It may work. The Excel range selector is a "buggy" (unstable) element in Excel, so it may or may not work. I would rather just copy two sheets into a temporary file and do the work there. It's faster and it won't corrupt your source file in case something bad happens.
