Jet Ski is either warranties[OT] or engine repair[TECH]??[OT]?
HHO is swindles[OT] or science[TECH]
For something to be [EE] one hopes it would involve engineering or
electronics or something you are building.
Here's a helpful hint. If you are trying to decide what topic tag to
use, try to look forward a day or two to what the discussion is likely
to gravitate toward. Then choose your tag based on that. If it turns out
that it will be [OT] but you really wanted it to be [EE], too bad for
you. You'll still get plenty of eyes looking at it in [OT]. Starting it
under [EE] and expecting people to change it to [OT] if it devolves is
too optimistic. Those involved in de-evolution are not the ones hip
enough to change the tag, and by then their seed is cast.
It's impossible for anything to do with HHO to be treated as engineering
since it requires a "leap of faith" and immediately starts a
non-engineering discussion. So I'd call it [OT]. The YouTube video links
are enough for anyone to tell.
