JP locale ?

Hi,

just a question, is anyone using a Japanese locale with FormValidators
in Barracuda ?

The reason why I ask the question is that the unit test on
DateRangeValidator fails with jp_JP locale.

The test is already skipped for Thai locale, because it was failing and
nobody knew what a valid Thai date range was (in this locale, the
Calendar is different, regarding leap years and so on).

Any comment on this anyone ?
