Is unixODBC thread safe?

Hi,

Is unixODBC thread safe? I have been looking at the documentation but
could not find any information regarding unixODBC's thread safety. There
were some information here and there, but nothing to authoritatively
answer the question.

If it is thread safe, how well is it tested?
