Hi Steve
-users list is broken - I've been on at SF for nearly a month now
to fix it.
audacity-feedback@... is a list we set up to
partially replace -help list. It does not normally offer any response
or personal support, but is a no-subscription list you can write to
for reporting a problem like a broken link or list problem, or
things like perceived bugs (after contacting the Forum first):
http://audacityteam.org/forum/Unfortunately, -feedback broke at the same time as -users, so that only
leaves our developers list
audacity-devel@...
(a subscription list), or write to the owner of the broken list (which
is me as regards the -users list).
There should not be too many problems with stable and Intel Mac
if you run 1.2.5 (not 1.2.6, which is for PPC). As for the Beta
there are numerous problems, I recommend you try this test
version (requires OS X 10.4):
