Installing g95-0.90-2 PackageHi,
I have Mac OS 10.4.11 installed on my Macbook. All I want to do is install a Fortran95 compiler, so I thought installing g95-0.09-2 would do the right thing. However I can't find that package when running "fink list" in my Terminal.app window and as such I can't use the "install" command... Can anybody tell me why? And also how to install that specific package?! Thanks a lot, Hugo. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Fink-beginners mailing list Fink-beginners@... http://news.gmane.org/gmane.os.apple.fink.beginners |

The g95 package exists in the stable branch for 10.4, too. It is not in the binary distribution, though, so selfupdate-rsync is needed at least once. -- Martin ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Fink-beginners mailing list Fink-beginners@... http://news.gmane.org/gmane.os.apple.fink.beginners |
