Installing 4.0.4

I'm trying to install 4.0.4 and using the no-jre version. I get three

Are you sure, that you have version 4.0.3 installed and not yet 4.0.4?

You usually get the Change/Repair/Remove dialog when MSI detects that the
software already is installed. Hi Ben,
That all installed versions are listed is a bug which should be fixed starting with SmartSVN 4.0.5 - but in your case it indicates that you previously had installed SmartSVN 4.0.4, but somehow the installation failed to overwrite the files. Please use the Software item in the Control Panel to uninstall "SmartSVN 4". Settings are, of course, not stored in the installation directory. If you
