Instalation Octave 3.0.1 with installed 3.0.0

I have installed Octave 3.0.0 under Windows. If i install Octave 3.0.1 in
the same dirrectory, Does it (Octave 3.0.1) work fine?

It's better to uninstall to old version first. Some files have moved
around between octave and octave-forge and you might still
be using old versions.
