Inlining resolution XML into model files

Right now I've got it set up so that each model file has its own
resolution file.  This seems somewhat wasteful, so I'm going to inline
the resolution data into the model files.

I created separate resolution files for each model because the way the
data was set up it was very difficult to tell if all of the
resolution-related data for a particular model was identical to that
of any other model (everything else it's easy to tell).

I'm going to reorganize things so that other data can either be
inlined or loaded from an external file.
