IS-1 various filters

I've been trying various different filters on my IS-1 lately, and
finally got around to doing a brief web writeup on the camera with some
sample exposures.

http://home.comcast.net/~joshputnam/photo/Fuji_IS1.html includes one
scene re-shot with filters ranging from B+W041 orange to 950nm IR, and
two quick samples of color shots with red & blue swapped.

I'm pleasantly surprised with the results I get with the orange filter.
It's not the same color scheme as false-color IR film, but it does
differentiate various types of foliage.

Facinating stuff Joshua.

Do you just attach the filters to the front of the camera?  Is it set up for
screw on filters, or is there a holder that attaches to the lens that holds
the filter?

It takes standard 58mm threaded filters -- fortunately a common size on
eBay so it didn't cost an arm and a leg to get a good selection of filters.
