IRC Changes

A few hours ago, the IRC channels were reorganized.  The "xaraya."
prefix was removed from the existing channels, and two new channels were
created: #devel and #translator.

#devel is the place to go for development discussion on both core
branches and modules.

#translator is for those who work on translating Xaraya into different
natural languages.

The list of official channels is:

#chat
#devel
#marketing
#support
#translator

The #1x and #2x channels are now unofficial, but will remain open for
branch-specific discussion.  If the various translation teams wish, they
are welcome to create their own language-specific channels.

We apoligize for any inconvenience caused by the momentary interruptions
earlier.
