IMPORTANT !!! New Arrangement

To All:

Starting from our next football match there will be some arrangement changes.

(1st)

Now that we have a core group of players, each player will have to pay for 4 matches in advance ($120), then after each match, those that played will have $30 debited from their $120 so-called account.

After the team has played 4 matches, each player will be required to fill their account with $120 (eg: if jeff played in all 4 games, then he'll have to pay $120 after the 4 games. If Jerry only played 2 games, then he'll have to pay $60, I'm sure you guys can do the math)

NOTE: when we manage to book pitches, some of you will know that each player only has to pay $10, I will take note of that, and for those games, only $10 will be debited.

(2nd)

By now you should've all changed the settings on this forum so that you receive an email whenever a message is left on the forum. For every match, each player has to reply whether he is available or not, if a player does not reply atleast 2 days in advance, that player will have $30 debited from their account automatically.

(3rd)

All analysis and IMPORTANT messages, I want all of you to read them, and reply with an "ok" to confirm that you've read it.

(4th)

Punctuality: since we are always late for kick-off, whenever a player is 10 mins late and without a legitimate reason, that player will have to pay an additional $5....no wait...let's make that $10. The collected money will be saved up and be used to subsidise a team meal or something.

(Will organise a team dinner maybe once every 6 months, just as a gathering and because some of our players we only see when we play football so it would be a good opportunity for some to get to know each other better and to bring the team closer together)

(5th)

New shirts: now that we have a fixed number, I will be making new shirts. We will be making real ones and not fake ones this time. Suggested colours are Red, Blue & White, from talking to some of the guys yesterday, white is leading. If you have alternative preferences, reply to this message (you'll have to reply anyways since this is an IMPORTANT message). I would assume each shirt will cost around $200 - $250 each.

Suggested awards are:  MVP (Most Valuable Player)
                                 MIP  (Most Improved Player)
                                 Golden Boot (Top Goal Scorer)

i have to re-stress the importance of this, the forum is not just an online supplement, it's our main way of organizing things. and to manage a whole team, we need co-operation and professionalism from everyone.

i'll get to work on the stats now [that will include a new column and the amount of money in every players account] but I'd like to see some posting.

i love this idea of new shirts. i say we should stick to the "Da Dolce" tradition of Italian and blue (at least we sound italian). otherwise the barca light blue jerseys caught my eye and it feels like we're charitable ppl with unicef across the chest. plus i would prefer more unique jerseys, not the ones u'll see on the streets often.
but yea, if elton ur planning for this jersey to be wore for a while then can u do mine for me ? i'll pay ya back or i could get my brother to.

I love to eat and so does everyone else, so dinner is fine just that some people are always busy.
I'm the first one on our team to arrive to matches.
I prefer RED as main colour for the new jerseys.
