IDE tab visibility

Is there any preference option I can adjust to make the selected tab
stand out more on the IDE, please? The tabs all look identical (see
attachment), except for that minuscule 1mm raised top.  This is very
difficult to see at a glance.

In the example the Ftest.form is the current tab.

Change yopour qt theme. You must find a program named "qtconfig" in some
package and use it to define the qt theme used by qt applications.
