Hyper links and Quartz

Hi all
I am trying to send emails which hold a hyper link to my server soemthing link
http://SERVER_NAME:PORT_NUMBER/APPLICATION_CONTEXT/SOME_RESOURCE
I am using Struts 1.3, Spring 2, Hibernate 3 and Quartz for scedualing
My problem is to find the Host name, port number and the application context name
I feel it is a very simple answer as I can not find any question about this subject and therefor not answers
Please help
