Hello.
Links to 'linkable objects' (resources and pages, testimonial as
example) are created when some content field value has hyperlink to
linkable object (such hyperlink can be created through editor with
'create link' button choosing object in corresponging object broswer)
or some menu item points to the object (ie menu item has link to
object as 'location').
