I will refer you to the man page on that one, but I can tell you there is an option to allow 1 interface or all interfaces, but not a set of interfaces.
I let it bind to all interfaces, use initiators.allow/deny to limit which interfaces can connect and then use chap secrets to limit which initiators can connect to which targets.
