How can I patch Ant?

Hi,

I have a problem that has been solved in trunk but I don't know how to include the correct class in the 1.7.1beta binary distribution.  Could anyone please tell me what is the procedure in order to patch Ant and replace the class http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=rev&revision=671018 ? Unfortunately, I have not the appropriate knowledge.
