How can I install MDR on NetBeans IDE 6.0.1?

I have read the help on http://mdr.netbeans.org/installation.html. But I can’t install MDR on NetBeans IDE 6.0.1 follow the steps in this help page.

There is no MDR related options in my update center list. Please help me!
