I got it from Labor Relations. It's not that they wouldn't give it to me earlier--it's just that it sometimes takes an inexplicably long time to happen. I just finally tracked down the right person. Please do not interpret it as deliberate intransigence on the part of KP, Local 30 or the LMP.

Yes, we have corresponded on several occassions over the past year in regards to the Kaiser/OPEIU Local 30 contract not being posted on the LMP website (beginning last January).
I too am sorry Kaiser, OPEIU Local 30 Staff. and the LMP have not been of assistance in regards to making the contract available in electronic form, on the LMP site within the last two years that 2+ years that OPEIU, Local 30 Members have been working under the (new) contract; Perhaps it will be available at some prior to its' expiration. I'm unsure as to what the concern is with providing it for the Union Members; Kaiser Management has it, Union Staff has it, you have. The only ones involved who don't have it are the Union Members.

Hi Julie,
I noticed I had contacted you in January of 2007 inquiring as to when the LMP website would have the current OPEIU, Local 30 contract available. It has been a year since I have heard back from you in regards to this issue and it is still not on the LMP site. You did explain that getting all twenty-nine, local, Union contracts available online was a slow and spotty process, but, soon our contract will be up for renegotiation. Can you provide me with a timeframe completion?
On numerous occassions, I have contacted OPEIU, Local 30 directly but have been unsuccessful in obtaining this information.
Please let me know at your earliest convenience.
