I just wanted to have a place for all CB750 enthusiasts to share their latest news. If you want to buy, sell, or find something for your bike. Or if you need advice, want to share an experience, or just want to show off your photo's. This may be the place. This is a new forum so it may take some time to get noticed, but don't give up on it. <b>&quot; If you build it they will come!&quot; Enjoy</b>

Congrats on the steal you got on your bike,it's a beauty.I didn't do quite as well, but here is my 81 750C.I got it from a widows garage, the last tags on it were 1991.It had 9100 miles when I got it in 2005.I cleaned the carbs ,tank, changed plugs, battery, oil, and filters. It presently has 16000 miles on it and is going strong. I paid $500 for it.<a href="http://www.nabble.com/file/p19936234/P8010248.JPG" target="_top">P8010248.JPG</a>

If you have the original plug socket that came with the bike the number two plug is just as easy to get at as the rest. if course there is the slight but possible reason you cant get it out as it has been cross threaded. Apart from that being the only cause it should come out as easy as falling off a log. Just check that no foreign objects have fallen between the plug and the cylinder head thats preventing you from getting the plug socket onto it

Make sure someone didn't leave a washer or such on the plug. It helps to use a small mirror and flashlight to take a look. Who knows, maybe somebody put a longer plug in and your socket is not deep enough. I've seen stranger things happen.

Ok, so i Just picked up a 1978 CB750k that looks to be in remarkable shape. I don't know if that remark is good or bad yet, but I will let you know. I do have a question about this bike that I can't seem to find an answer to. Simple question though.. What the hell is up with the number 2 spark plug. The bike has NGK D8EA plugs. I can remove #1, #3, #4 no problem, but I can't get the wrench to seat on the #2 plug. It seems that the head bolt is in the way. Does this seem right to you guys or am I missing something totally obvious?

I got a new OEM chrome point cover from Directlinehonda for less than $35 on my '75. Next thing is I need a new stator cover. They are $195 so will wait till spring for that one. I'm new to this forum and looks like a lot of 750 Gurus here. I've got a couple issues I will post shortly. Paul

meant to say that the colour is not a problem as mine is Candy Muse Red and I have the paint code for it and the necessay pin striping for the entire bike. As its 11.30 am in Perth Western Australia, weare going out for the rest of the day, so when you have a moment and can dig it out and get a couple of photos that will be just fine . No rush. Can wait until tomorrow ot whenever you are able to get to it. Be a shame to throw it out as they are impossible to get anywhere in the world.

I need to see the shape of the tank to see if its identical to mine. If it hasnt been used, and there is no rust in it ( mine has rust and is leaking ) then seriously I could be very interested in buying it off you. I am in Australia - does that pose a problem ?????????
