The rules are old and some of the information is currently incorrect (they changed some of the rules around between the time the article was written and the final version of the game).  I have not had time to make the changes, but if anyone would like to do it, I'll make your corrections and give you credit for it.

You better say what changes!!!! Because now you made the game rules on Wikipedia and Chaotiki incorrect!!

i think that LED mainly means the names

Character > Creature
Action > Attack

Anyway I wrote some info at http://chaotic.wikia.com/wiki/Rules 
and I think Worlder's put alot of info on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chaotic_Trading_Card_Game#Gameplay

Oh and I wouldn't include anything about the Deep Ones Tribe yet. We should wait until the DOs get released.
