Someone can review my latest CVS commits for the Hebrew language? It was a new locale, so I edited a
couple of files (namely, locale/Makefile.in, win/locale.vcproj and src/Languages.cpp but, being as
useless as I am, I forgot to do cvs update -d... so... :$:
(should be rev 1.11, not 1.12, the one in the repository)
