Handling multiple files to generate Charts

Hi All,

I need to generate a standard deviation chart which will pick up values
from the files which get generated on a daily basis. Let me give you a
brief:

I have a file let's say a ValueDaily.csv which gets generated on a daily
basis. This has ID and the value as the fields.

Another file is Reference.csv which has the name and ID mentioned above.

The third file (Event.csv) has the information about some event which
happened on a particular date. It has ID, date and the description of
event as fields.

What I need is to pick up the name and date from Event.csv -> find out
ID of the name from Reference.csv and then use the date to pick up
ValueDaily.csv files for plus minus 15 days from the date which we
picked up earlier. These files will give me values which need to be
stored in a table. Then a standard deviation of the values need to be
plotted on a chart with respect to dates.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Gaurav
