I am considering getting some gumstix boards. I plan on using verdexXM4-bt, audiostix2, netCF-vx, and the Samsung LCD. I plan on using batteries for maximum effectiveness.
I will be building a media player. It will do one of several things with the USB client depending on what the storage card setup says. I will also try to use USB host and the network to access data.
Will this hardware setup work?
Do I need to add anything to get serial port access? (I am pretty sure I will have to solder a few wires with this setup). I am also getting a null modem serial cable from the gumstix site.
