E-on-Common-Lisp now provides (and uses) the experimental 'guard-
based auditing' feature.
Guard-based auditing replaces the (insufficiently powerful)
unshadowable-names/synEnv system currently provided by E-on-Java, and
the (POLA violating) getGuard/1 previously provided by E-on-CL.
