Getting started with collaboration

Who is out there?

I have installed Flyspray on my server. And, I find it to be pretty
useful.
Nice feature in dependency graphs.

Of course, I am always finding overlap of features. For example,
groups in fly spray. And, I have e-mail groups in my CMS. I installed
a web calendar instance and there could be many ways to integrate web
calendars and Flyspray. There might be a way to put in a GANT chart as
well. ( I found one a few weeks ago ... it needs to be fed some dates
and titles.) Does any body have an interest in SCRUM calculations or
task dependency reasoning that could be done here?

So, any body out there?

Here is a problem I have now. I am getting my CMS up to speed. I am
making it open source. I am using GIT for a code repository. All is
going well. (And yes I could use some help from open sourcers.)

Also, I have not had any paying work for a while. And, I am soon going
to be flat broke at fifty. (Many years programming. Program in my
sleep.) Does anybody know of a paying project? My current clients seem
kind of silly. If all dreams could be manufactured for free, then they
would have it all. But it seems they want me to do the manufacturing.
So, that's it.

And, yes I looked at other trackers. But, really. an issue tracker
needs to be pluggable. Tracker for instance probably needs its own
server farm to track a project or two. Flyspray goes about as far as
it needs to go. But, there could be other areas of plugginess. (new
word)

For example, in Web Calendar, you can plug in a user authorization. I
really wish Flyspray worked like that. Of course, I am using ID tokens
and session numbers to pass the authorization around. So, I had to
make one or two changes to every page of Web Calendar. But, that was
not too time consuming. I would like something similar to happen in
Flyspray.

It would be interesting if Flyspray worked with GIT instead of SVN.
That would be another modular area.

So, that's all for now.

I would be happy for any suggestions.

Thanks,
R. Leddy

Flyspray is not currently "pluggable". 1.0 will at least have
pluggable authentication though.
Other than that, I'd not expect a lot of pluggability in near future.

Flo
