Is there any advantage deploying pxe(ode) into an
appserver? Thread and transaction are internally managed,
so just a way to share components as the soap stack
or the database?
Anyway, are there instruction for geronimo
deployment? ;=)

Today, Ode still uses its own transaction manager and thread pool but we're changing that to that it leverage's the application server's. You can simply deploy the ode-axis2.war on Geronimo and it should automatically run on either Tomcat/Jetty.
