Geopress_wp wastes time re-geocoding addresses

Go to the Locations tab in the Geopress menu in wp_admin, and click
"Save Locations".  It appears that Geopress geocodes every address,
whether or not it already knew where it was located.  This seems
wasteful.  Instead, it should check if the new address is the same as
the address on record, and if so, not geocode it.
