Since Sleepycat is now a part of Oracle, we will be consolidating the
Sleepycat website with the Oracle website. We want to assure you that
Berkeley DB information and product downloads will continue to be
available at:

      http://www.oracle.com/database/berkeley-db.html

We expect to complete the website transition by October 12, 2006.

In addition, this mailing list announce@... will be
discontinued, effective immediately.  To learn about new Berkeley DB
product releases, please subscribe to the Oracle Technology Network
(OTN) newsletter "OTN TechBlast" at:

      http://www.oracle.com/technology/techblast/index.html

Another advantage to joining OTN is that you will be able to participate
in the Berkeley DB Support Forums, which are at:

      http://forums.oracle.com/forums/category.jspa?categoryID=18

We continue to actively support out community of open source users in
those forums.  Please join OTN and communicate with other community
folks and our Berkeley DB developers for hints, tips, and general
problem solving.
