GPS Babel fails to convert from ov2 format

Hi,
using gpsbabel v. 1.3.5 on windows XP I'm getting the
following error:

gpsbabel.exe -p "" -w -i tomtom -f "E:\gpsbable135\ANWB_wandelroutes.ov2" -o ozi -F "E:\gpsbable135\ANWB_wandelroutes.wpt"

gpsbabel: Unable to allocate -1478282534 bytes of memory.
The input format file is attached.
Note that prblem persists when I use other output formats (did not check them all, though) as well as with other files in ov2 TomTom format.

Good news and bad news.

The good news is that as of a few moments ago, GPSBabel no longer crashes on your test file.
The bad news is that TomTom seems to have implemented some kind of encryption in these new
record types 8 and 9 and it's not obvious how to decode them.    So while we can now walk past the
8's and 9's, there's not actually any useful data in there to us any more...
