At long last, ISO 24707:2007 is a publicly available ISO standard.

If you look at the "Publicly Available Standards" list, you'll see we're now on it.

http://standards.iso.org/ittf/PubliclyAvailableStandards/index.html

This means that anyone may download CL from that site, subject to the terms and conditions in its header.
