Fusion - Selection Issue - Filtering Dynamic Layer

If I create a layer from an existing layer I am able to
select features. However, if I filter the layer I get an ajax callback error “invalid
label” when trying to select an object on the new layer. Although the
layer does generate… Any ideas? While nodeIter.MoveNext() nodeIter.Current.InnerXml = "PROPERTYID = 1000" End
