Further to, bad tag info..

Here is an example of the album name portion of a tag that's being read:
 
ÿþP�o�c�k�e�t� �S�y�m�p�h�o�n�y  

I've updated with the latest mp3info.py
only some files have this..  but winamp displays them correctly...  very odd.
any ideas?
