Free download of Common Logic standard

Harry Delugach, the editor of ISO/IEC standard 24707 for
Common Logic, has notified us that people can now download
a free copy of the PDF file.  See

Publicly Available Standards

This is great news, since ISO normally charges a large fee for
standards.  They still charge for printed copies, and the license
for download permits anyone to keep the PDF file on their computer,
but only make *one* printed copy for their personal use.
