Free Unlimited C compiler for PIC32 from Microchip and Hi-Tech

Microchip C32 1.03 now behaves like C30/C18 and no longer
have code size limit for the free version, only with
optimization limitation. Great for hobbyists.

Hi-Tech's C compiler for PIC32 supports Linux and Mac OS X along
with Windows. Normally Hi-Tech's C compiler demo will expire
in 45 days or so. Presumably because of competition from
Microchip, now their demo compiler for PIC32 also has
a lite mode with no code size limitation.
