Fractions and Probability

I'm looking for materials that teach / reinforce basic arithmetic fraction operations in the context of elementary discrete probability for use in a developmental class. Any ideas or pointers to materials would be appreciated.

I really like this website:

It has spinners with different colors which you can change in size to
represent different fractions.

In general, nlvm has a lot of great interactive applets.
