Fluorine FX + Ajax Control toolkit exception

We are currently working in a web solution. We are using .NET 2.0, Fluorine fx 1.0.0.5 (the last source available from the web).
We have added the Ajax Control Toolkit in the \bin of our site and now when we open the Fluorine.aspx page there is this exception:

  Is there a known workaround for this error?
