FlakyWow Netbeans is flaky!
Here's a new one: Open my project, & I get error icons in the left hand column, when I hover over them it says 'package doesn't exist', but the package does exist. Close & open Netbeans a few times and they magically disappear. Eventually this whole cycle happens again. |

Re: Flakyi have this happen every time i open a c/c++ proj as well. i get errors with my #include statements to standard library calls (i.e. <fstream., <string>, etc.), then I have to manually go into the option and set the gnu debuggers as the default, apply the setting then restart the IDE-
afterwards, if the errors still show, the IDE DOES let me clean and build?!? flaky indeed. rbielun On Tue, May 13, 2008 at 10:09 AM, Martin O <martinog2@...> wrote:

Martin I noticed this as well, especially on projects that have been imported/upgraded. If the latest and greatest is not that important to you, what we did is drop back to NB 5.5 That seems to be rock solid... and then we just use the bleeding edge versions if absolutely necessary. So, perhaps dont give up on the product just yet... drop back for a while. I'm actaully not surprized, the rate they adding new tools is bound to cause some problems. We like NB, but avoid living on the bleeding edge ;) > Here's a new one: |
